Adelphi University’s 128th Commencement will be held Tuesday, May 21 at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Doctoral Hooding will be on Monday, May 20 on our main Garden City campus.
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation from Adelphi University!
Adelphi’s 2024 Commencement will be celebrated with two ceremonies, held at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, on Tuesday, May 21:
- Undergraduate candidates will be recognized at our 10:30 a.m. ceremony
- Graduate candidates will be recognized at our 4:00 p.m. ceremony
Each graduate will receive 10 guest tickets to the ceremony.
Commencement Keynote Speakers
Eduardo Vilaro ’85, artistic director and chief executive officer of Ballet Hispánico, will deliver the address at our undergraduate student ceremony, and Patrick O’Shaughnessy, DO, MBA ’13, FACEP, president and chief executive officer of Catholic Health, will deliver the address at our graduate student ceremony. Both will receive honorary degrees from the University.
